Towson University used to have a anime convention called Tigercon. I was the only on recording the convention in segments. This also one of the initial conventions where Super Art Fight had.

This is documentary about the only anime convention in the United States that operated normally during the Coronachan Panic, no mask mandates or vax mandates, at a time where every anime convention had mandates either imposed by the governments where they located or self imposed: Anime Matsuri 2021.
The Ministry of Otaku was one of them, and was one of the few (and possibly the only) independent journalist that documented what happened 4 days was spent recording what happened.
This the 10th episode in a ongoing series and is focused on the artist alley of anime matsuri and a mini rock cover concert at the open karaoke lounge.
