Any time I publicly disagree with an idea from another Christian leader, I get responses suggesting that my disagreement is tantamount to 'disrespect' or worse 'disunity'. Now, this video isn't about my feelings, it's about how that mentality is very common, and if you are a Christian leader yourself, you will inevitably encounter this mindset. So what do you do about it? For me, there are three guiding principles that I look to when navigating these kinds of situations.
