How do you unlock settlements in Fallout: London? Hello my name is Midgeman and Like many of you, Fallout London has clawed me back into Fallout 4 for the first time since release and I've been adoring my journey thus far - even if it is driven by narcissism. But I've been running into a problem - where are the settlements? Fallout 4 had those right? Now have pretty high videogame literacy so honestly i'm ashamed it took me all the way to 16 levels to realize they were still a thing in fallout london - even worse, the sleepwalker perk had already taken me to one and I verbally said on stream “Oh this would make a great settlement”. So folks, here's how you learn from my mistakes and unlock settlements.
