I thought I was just watching someone ride a Lime scooter…

Then I noticed the headphones in.

Then the lack of a helmet.

Then I realized there was a TODDLER strapped to her back… also with no helmet. 😳

And just when you think it can’t get any crazier, she rides right past a police officer.

Is this just reckless… or should there be actual consequences for riding like this with a child?
