Every entry-level job a company replaces with AI is a leader they will not have in ten years.

Companies are eliminating customer service, data entry, junior analyst, and administrative roles at an accelerating pace. McKinsey estimates 30% of hours worked globally could be automated by 2030, with entry-level positions hit hardest.

Today, on paper, it looks like efficiency. In 5-10 years, when no one in the building has actually done the work, it's a serious gap. Those entry-level positions did more than get work done. They were where people learned how organizations actually function, where judgment got built, where mistakes happened under supervision while the stakes were still low.
