The next step in the Agrarian Renaissance journey is to get a functional butcher shop space with a walk-in cooler / coolbot setup. This would aid in my ability to dry-age meat, cure meat, and it would widen the harvest window dramatically. I put an idea for crowd funding out to the community and ask for feedback while doing evening chores.
