Tantomile and Coricopat are twins with an uncanny psychic link between them. In this AU, that link is heightened to the point where their minds and identities ebb and flow between their two bodies, intertwining and separating and switching and coming back together again over and over and over, almost entirely out of their control. It has been this way for as long as they can remember. Coricopat longs desperately for his independence, while Tantomile clings to the bond between them, terrified of being alone and of not being whole.
Hope y'all enjoy! This is a very personal project to me. Dedicated in part to my friend Nina who suggested the song and has been helping me flesh out & totally indulge in my Cats system headcanons lately!!💞
