Why do I use Built-In and colorspace gamma in my projects instead of URP or HDRP?

As you can see, if configured correctly, all Unity pipelines can give great results.

The personal choice to use the Built-In is mainly for the convenience and speed it offers.
In both URP and HDRP, every time you apply a change to a material or object, the scene is often frozen for a few seconds. If you have a PC that isn't too high-performance like mine, working with them becomes hell, not to mention all the incompatibilities when you're looking for a particular asset or want to do an update.

Furthermore, the choice to use gamma colorspace instead of linear gives the final project approximately 30fps more, obtaining performances on par with URP.
The resulting graphics by nature would be with less deep blacks and contrasts and are corrected in post production.
