Do you have a plan to evacuate your pets/animals during a fire? This #WildfireAwarenessMonth, take a few moments to make sure you are ready to take your furry or feathered friends with you.
• Assemble a pet go-bag and have a pet carrier.
• Have an extra supply of pet food.
• Store medications and medical records in a waterproof container.
• Ensure pets are microchipped.
• Monitor the spaces where your pets go when they are scared to help with evacuating them during an emergency.
