During my night modular experiments I found a way to create a lot of sfx starting from raw sounds captured by Ears contact mic module. I'm talking about the kind of cute and organic sounding clicks and menu selections sounds for games and apps.
The patch starts from a scratch sound on Ears stored in Clouds buffer, with the envelope shaped by Maths, then going into Chronoblob 2 delay. The tape mode creates these weird pitch changes that with the right sound source give a very cool texture. I move the main time knob randomly to create these changes, while recording audio inside Cubase, where I can finally separate the sounds and layer them together or add different recordings on top of them.
