For this patch I've recorded a few sounds in the six buffers of the Arbhar: kalimba, ukulele, a bottle of water, whistling and various thumps/noises. Notes are on video and here I leave a few random thoughts about Instruo Arbhar, that quickly became my favorite Eurorack module.

Its built-in condenser mic is handy but I find it quite noisy, so I prefer to use the audio input connected to my Zoom H6. Here I used a combination of both mics, so I had to give up on some clarity to reduce the noise with EQ.

One thing that I didn't notice at first was that I bumped a wrong string in the Ukulele and I captured the mistake in Arbhar, so a low volume dissonance can be heard in the background at times. Screw that!

Probably for the best results, one should load the USB stick with pre-recorded high quality samples and give them the "Arbhar treatment" live. I wonder if a better way to access the USB on the back of the module could be using an USB extension cable coming out of a 2HP empty space; I'll give this a try.

The awesome cables are by Modbang, they glow when exposed to sunlight or in this case, when they are close to an UV lamp. I got them after I watched some videos by Shane Mendonsa on this channel, which I recommend:
