Follow me as I explore Europe's largest and most controversial DARK TOURISM ATTRACTION
I ended up stumbling across Littledean Jail Museum, I thought I was going to see a museum collection focusing on the jail system and 'crime through time'... I did not expect what I was about to witness!
What I saw was a collection of shocking, taboo, paranormal, gruesome, but yet mostly very interesting (to me) displays of artifacts and exhibitions! This is Britain's most controversial dark tourism 'attraction'
The place was filled and plastered from wall to wall, floor to ceiling with the most controversial and sometimes chilling authentic pieces
The museum didn't seem to be glorifying any of the subjects at all, more putting it before your eyes and provoking you with the truth about these subject matters (even if done with a shock factor side purpose) - it would seem to the local councils distain according to attempted legal action.
