Dr. Dickerson explains that many people who are Black feel hesitant to participate in genetics studies due to a fear of eugenics. She states that we should never suggest that someone's genetics make them superior, but that it is easier to this when we refer to genetics by race. Dickerson considers the implications of this tension point and much more in her recent webinar.
