Ebola is not spread easily like the common cold or the flu.
It is not spread through casual contact with other people during normal activities, such as eating in restaurants or shopping at the market. To protect yourself from this or any virus, use common sense preventive practices, such as hand washing. To protect others, cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing.
