Context: Tim (yellow clothing child) died and was experimented on as a child to turn into some "monster" to exterminate a group of people and was given the ability to possess their chosen person to blend in and look normal. And if he has caught a glimpse of such a group, he'd go crazy and there is a chance he could aim for other people outside of the group. Hazel (their childhood best friend) found a random crystal where the Tim who is an entity inhabits in so she needs to take care of him starting off when she was a child after his "death". Hazel felt like the entity had a resemblance to someone who she knows and treats it like Tim (and he is). Later on, Tim accidentally took a look at a person who is classified in that group and ran away from Hazel's home and murdered people. Hazel then finds him and asks him to possess her so that everyone would think that she's a psychopath herself rather than some strange entity killing people. A person whose relatives and parents were killed by Tim attempted to kill Hazel by shooting her which is why she was bleeding at the end.
