As 2009 was unofficially Thornbury's Year of Ethnicity, in an effort to show that the local establishment was not racist, there was a significant South Asian element to the Thornbury Carnival. Now that it's 2010, the establishment wishes to get back to its usual practices. Did anyone notice any South Asian involvement in Thornbury Carnival 2010?
