This was a joke for April Fools of 2023. Here's the original description for the video:

I decided to give you all a preview of my 32-map vanilla TNT Doom WAD eTerNiTy, which is a Doom WAD I've been working on for a while now. Also, I recommend you try this out with a more modern source port such as GZDoom, ZDoom, etc.
