Sometimes a girl just needs to watch the waves come rolling in to clear her mind. Join me as I use mandala dot art painting and an Eternal Tide to wash away my woes. It's been a week and some art therapy is totally in order. This is how I relax! I'm going to make this a step-by-step tutorial so that you can follow along and maybe experience the calm that painting a mandala brings. Let's Go!
