The Essence of ADCOLOR (Photography Exhibit) " My goal was to capture a glimpse of the person(s) behind all of the unseen and amazing diversity work that directly affects each and every one of us. To capture a celebratory exhale before they inhale and get back to their crucial and impactful work. What I enjoy most about shooting portraits is making a "best friend connection"; it's those moments when the person you're shooting feels they can completely be themselves and the often-times nerve racking lights and camera just seemingly disappear. It always creates the most authentic and interesting portraits and I think we accomplished that during this session. " - Akintayo Adewole
