ESP-MESH is Espressif Systems' networking protocol built atop a Wi-Fi protocol. ESP-MESH allows numerous devices (also known as nodes), spread over a large physical area either indoors or outdoors, to be interconnected over a single WLAN (Wireless Local-Area Network). ESP-MESH is self-organizing and self-healing, which means that this network can be built and maintained autonomously. In our video here, ESP-MESH is demonstrated by using 256 interconnected smart bulbs.
