Hopefully this video will teach you some ideas for how to use the @somasynths_subchannel Lyra to make ambient soundscapes alongside the @MoogSynthesizers DFAM and the ARP-2600. I'm using coins to be able to individually sustain notes on the Lyra. I have been reading a lot of Rudolf Steiner's lectures on music and trying to create complex environments that translate the spiritual realm. This particular performance is based around the idea that in the future, humanity will identify the octave as feeling their "I" from the interval. Electronic music has so much potential in this field, because of all the possibility for human meets random interaction with voltage.
The Lyra makes creating beautiful soundscapes simple, due to its complex oscillator layout and routing options, which let you setup interactions that lead to interesting variations the more you turn up the modulation knob. The Lyra is also capable of producing reliable melodies, which I am harmonizing on the ARP-2600
