This is a video to showcase a possible Stamina Dragonknight Rotation for Murkmire.
Buffs/Debuffs included are Major Fracture (and Breach), Minor Berserk, Minor Savagery, Minor Vulnerability, Off-balanced and Orbs. This allows me to compare pretty fairly across all other Stamina (and to an extent, Magicka) classes. Thanks, @stileanima for providing these. Note that although Stamina Dragonknights have access to Minor Brutality, I am NOT using it here. (Tanks in usually have the responsibility to give this buff to their raid groups).
When I last posted a Stamina DK rotation during the Murkmire PTS, the sustain wasn't particularly good. Since then, @Masel92 introduced me to the idea of using Venomous Claw as a spammable (which only costs 700 stamina), which is a really good tool to increase the sustain of the class - thanks! Note: It was kind of hard to measure StamDK DPS here with the above buffs because my second Standard of Might is only dropped right at the end of the rotation (I waste like 13 seconds of the duration after the skeleton dies). With a second full Standard, I would have achieved more, but it just didn't line up that way.
Side note: My magicka builds/rotations from Murkmire PTS testing will not be updated since nothing has changed since I uploaded them.

Rotation
For this rotation, we will use both Rending Slashes and Venomous Claw as our spammable abilities. They are both cheaper than pure spammables such as Crushing Weapon and Flying Blade. If sustain is good, spam Rending and allow Claw to reach its full duration (each following tick is more powerful). Claw is around half the cost of Rending Slashes, so if you need to be careful with sustain, spam Claw more, though best to refresh sooner rather than later since it is a waste to refresh when the dot gets strong (3 seconds or less left on its duration). The nice thing is that it is really easy to tip the balance towards better sustain without too much loss, just by using claw more and rending less. You'll notice that here I used a Disease Enchant over an Absorb Stamina one because it is really not necessary in this build. In the video, you'll see that I run low on Stamina towards the end before activating the second Standard, but this was me trying to squeeze as much out of the rotation as I could. I tried this rotation on a Khajiit and it was also fine.
For the most part, the back bar for the entire rotation is simply Hail - Caltrops - Poison Injection. If Flames of Oblivion (FoO) is down you can also cast this too.
If FoO needs refreshing during your frontbar, go to your backbar and recast it. Noxious Breath can be reapplied at the earliest convenience. Dynamic Trap Placement is possible with this build since there is usually no threat of rending slashes or venomous claw running out during your backbar rotation, but I have elected to just place it at the end of my front bar rotation.
For alternative bar ideas, you could replace the dormant fighter's ability with deadly cloak if that might be helpful. You could also move FoO to the front bar and try out Acid Spray. For ultimates, you could replace Standard of Might with Balista, which might be useful for certain fights. You could also slot Crushing Weapon and spam it during Standard of MIght for even better burst.
