Magden is one of the most fun builds I've been enjoying lately. It's not the best and certainly not even close to being meta. But it can be pretty decent and enjoyable to play.
ESO Magicka Warden PvP Build Guide

Build:
Head: 1 piece recovery / 1 piece Trainee / 1 piece penetration / 1 piece weapon and spell damage – impen – tri-stat (medium)
Shoulders: Wretched Vitality – well-fitted – tri-stat (medium)
Chest: Wretched Vitality – reinforced – tri-stat (heavy)
Hands: Wretched Vitality – well-fitted – tri-stat (medium)
Belt: Rallying Cry – well-fitted – tri-stat (light)
Legs: Wretched Vitality – well-fitted / impen – tri-stat (heavy / medium)
Feet: Wretched Vitality – well-fitted – tri-stat (medium)
Ice staff (frontbar): Master’s staff / Asylum staff / Wretched Vitality (then run full monster set and 1 piece Trainee) – sharpened – frost
Ice staff (backbar): Rallying Cry – defending – weapon damage
Necklace: Sea-Serpent’s Coil – infused – spell damage
Ring: Rallying Cry – infused – spell damage
Ring: Rallying Cry (Death Dealer’s Fete / Markyn Ring of Majesty – then replace Sea-Serpent’s Coil with Rallying Cry necklace) – infused – spell damage
Race: Dunmer (Breton – probably the best option due to amazing sustain)
Mundus: Atronach
Attributes: 30k hp, rest into mag
Food: Jewels of Misrule
CP: I have no idea, I only play in BGs : ' )
Vamp stage 3
Notes:
1) If you are playing Breton or somehow don’t have any sustain issues on other race, you can run some other set instead of Wretched Vitality.
Options are:
- Clever Alchemist, Frostbite (light armor), Order’s Wrath, Shattered Fate.
- Or you can run full monster set (Balorgh or recovery) and use 4 piece Stuhn’s Favor on body.
2) You can run Olorime (you can proc it with corrupting pollen skill) instead of rallying cry and then you need to switch Sea-Serpent’s Coil with Death Dealer’s Fete or Markyn Ring of Majesty. Clever Alchemist is another option. You can leave Sea-Serpent’s Coil in that case.
Other build options:
- Double arena weapons: Way of Fire or Ice Furnace / Balorgh or Roksa / 1 piece Trainee, 1 piece Druid’s Braid / Master’s staff frontbar / vma Ice staff backbar
- No arena weapons, two 5 piece sets: Way of Fire or Ice Furnace / Rallying Cry / Balorgh or Roksa / 1 piece Trainee / Sea-Serpent’s Coil
