Oh the 51 mil, how I missed you.
Did a few parses and decided to test a rotation I came up with (or at least I think I did) inspired by Minervyr's StamNB theory roto. Basically the goal is to have as much uptime on Hawk Eye as possible. I think it's a potentially viable rotation I just need to improve it a bit so it's a little less messy and more efficient.
Gear (7 Medium/Divines):
1 NMG Dagger (Infused Poison)
1 VO Dagger (Sharp or Precise Berserker)
1 VMA Bow (Precise, Nirn, or Infused)
2 Veli (Health glyph on helm)
4 NMG Body
4 VO Body (Wep Dmg Jewelry)
Warrior Mundus
Blue CP:
66 Precise Strikes
66 Thaumaturge
56 Mighty
23 Master at Arms
9 into Piercing or Weapon Expert (your choice)

Idk how good of an idea it was to run Inferno backbar lol, my sustain was pretty rough. Rele/Pillar/Zaan/Kilt should be better here, at least for my personal parse. But Im low on transmutes :/

Think I missed a couple LAs, but overall pretty good parse. Im not sure if 110K is possible on console/controller (esp since we cant do the destro ult trick), but personally I dont think I can go much higher than this. Hope ye enjoy.
Having Trap instead of Degen on front bar is actually a better option (more damage), so Id recommend trying that instead if youre not using Medusa.

Edit: With this setup, theres a fair amount of RNG, so expect a few outlier parses - especially if you crit (or dont crit) most of your impales.
If you have any questions, feel free to comment. If youre on PC, I think Smexs or Saligias 110K+ parses will be more helpful than mine.

Magic sustain is really good so Im using Max Magicka food (single-stat Green food). Hurricane is also a great substitute for Bound Armaments.
I didnt wanna test Bahsei/Kinras but Im sure its solid too. May or may not be hard to use with such good mag sustain tho.
Skill priority from Charles:
Carve stacks ~ Bound Armaments ~ Stampede ~ Trap ~ Frag proc ~ Prey ~ Scamp ~ Spammable
