I was going for a 140 but I guess I'll take this lol. As you might be able to tell, it was a very lucky parse with 35 frag procs and pretty good crits. On average I'll get 137-138K with 28-30 frags. My weaving is a tad bit "slow" tho.

I got this setup from @ZweiFass4's Stam Sorc for Update 40.

Double Charged seems to be the new Single Target meta thanks to the status effect changes. Nirnhoned/Charged is still good but roughly 500-1K less dps in my testing. Of course, this is only Week 1 so much can change.

If you're aiming for a 140+, you'll want to have your second Atro ready at 50-51%. If you are on track, then your third Atro should be around 13-15%. Then once you are at 10%, cast 1 more Daedric Prey and spam Rapid Strikes/Frag. Best of luck!

For "full damage" Stam Sorcs in raids, you'll typically want to use Coral Riptide. While stam sorc sustain is quite bad, it's actually "perfectly bad" for managing low stam fairly easily. If you'd rather not use Coral, then you can use Relequen for about 1-2K less Single Target DPS.

Pair Coral or Rele with either Aegis Caller, AY/Berserking Warrior, or Pillar of Nirn. Tzogvin and Sul-Xan's Torment are also great sets but pretty niche.

Also, if you were to use this exact setup in the video for raids, I'd probably switch Backstabber for Fighting Finesse. You could also use FF instead of Backstabber for parsing too since we're actually overcrit by 2%.

Generally I'd recommend either:

1. Coral body + Aegis (or AY) frontbar with Kilt mythic (or Maw Infernal) and Maelstrom 2H
2. Same as 1 but with Maelstrom Inferno instead of 2H
3. Same as 1 or 2 but with Relequen instead of Coral Riptide
