Build (4 Med, 3 Light):
1 Slimecraw / 1 Kilt / 5 Whorl of the Depths / 5 Kinras

I only tested Whorl and Rele. For my tests, Whorl beat Rele by 1-2K. YMMV. Mag sustain in Rele/Kinras is really bad too.

Edit (May 31): I went and tested another CP combo: Fighting Finesse, Backstabber, Deadly Aim and Wrathful Strikes. It gave me about the same results. I recommend messing around with it tho, in case you get better numbers.

My thoughts:
MagDK is not bad but not great either, I guess its pretty balanced. It lost a lot of damage and sustain. Bahsei isn't really an option, *unless* you drop Engulfing for Cloak or change morph to Noxious. Mag sustain becomes really good then. But that's assuming you're using 2H, parse food AND ult pots. In raid, changing one of those should be ok (e.g. bistat food instead), but changing 2 or more will be big oof for sustain.
