One of the saddest yards to see basically become 85% CNG was EDI. EDCO kept many of these trucks as long as possible however due to CARB many of these units have been replaced with new CNG Sidewinders/ZR's. very few of these units are regulars and the ones that are wont be for much longer. As far as rapid rails go, I have on video every single one out of the last 4 still running on routes. (58, 208, 412, M416). Escondido told Edco they want 0 diesels running in the Escondido city limits, so you will also typically only find the last few in county areas. With that being said, some of the Diesel FL's have been rumored to be in San Marcos while the San Marco's CNG's are in Escondido.
