As per the request of some viewers, here is the cover of the as yet unreleased song 'Escapism' by Rebecca Sugar that I used as the credits music for the video essay "Steven Universe: the Truth of Rebellion," originally published on December 18th, 2017. To make this video a little more special, I decided to create a short animation of Lapis, just so you guys have something nice to look at. This was my first formal foray into song recording and animation, so if you have any constructive criticism of my animating or sound engineering, let me know how I can improve in those areas.
