This is Mario Kart Hitman. The rules are simple, one player (the bounty) tries to gain 1000vr while the other (the hitman) tries to find the other player by gaining VR to unlock perks, look at the database for information, and talking to the target and gathering information; once he finds his target, he must beat him in a race.

🌀I've had this idea for a while, can you track an opponent without knowing anything about him? In this video, my friend tries to use interrogation and game knowledge to try to sus my location out over the online servers. Also, the rules used in this particular video were still being worked on. So some things may change in the future.
