Eryc Ortiz has been in the calisthenics sport for over 8 years right now, he is one of the best athletes alive and brings huge calisthenics motivation and street workout motivation to all.
Calisthenics ( Bodyweight training) is the main thing that Eryc has been doing and recently he started to train with weight more to build legs.

In 2012 when Eryc started with his first pull-ups, Calisthenics was not as know back then like it is today. He did not really know what Calisthenics was. During that time he learned that people in the military were doing the basics in Calisthenics. (pull-ups, dips, pushups) This is what made him continue to do conditioning.
After dedicating his free time to workout he became the first one in his city to learn advanced skills. Skills like Full Planche, Front lever, Muscle Ups. This was during 2013 in France, Marseille.
