The Field of Teaching Artistry - as it is and it's radical potential

Eric Booth calls teaching artistry “the sleeping giant of social change”.
In this talk (with audience participation), he will present the landscape
that leads to that claim, and he’ll clarify the identity of the global
workforce.  It is still a mostly-disconnected and largely-invisible field,
even though it lives in every country and is growing in exciting ways.

Eric Booth is often called “the father of the teaching artist profession”
from his 45 years building the field; he is the co-founder of the
International Teaching Artist Collaborative, founder of many teaching
artist programs in the U.S. and other countries, and author of 8 books.
