In this video I show you how to acquire the Essence of Servitude quest and the quest item for the new Moon Fusion Rifle "Dream Breaker." The quest item is the Erath'Ur's Horned Wreath and it drops from a Wizard located within the Catacombs! You'll need that item on top of killing 100 Vex and getting 15 Fusion Rifle kills to craft the weapon at your lectern!

How do you get the quest for this shotgun? It drops from the Nightmare Hunt: Servitude! I ran it on Hero difficulty and also got this one to drop first try. Nightmare hunts rotate weekly.
