A new application of Equip Swap called "Equip Dupe" allows us to use the properties of elemental arrows to dupe equips. This gives us more freedom to do poe dupes when we want. These changes ended up saving 1 minute over what we currently do.

Summary of big changes:
-Hookshot before Hover Boots
-No early poe dupes with epona/chu kill
-Ice arrows used to dupe poes 3 hours in the run
