Once again, I’ll be joined by Max Palasi, the voice behind my audiobooks, for another live episode of The Unwritten Files this Thursday at 9pm BST. After asking the members of my Facebook group, Tesla & The Cabbage Patch Kids, to vote for the next subject, the result couldn’t have been clearer - Antarctica won by a landslide, proving that this remarkable continent continues to fascinate people from every corner of the world. It remains one of the least understood places on Earth and has inspired countless books, documentaries, expeditions and conspiracy theories over many decades.
During the livestream, we’ll be discussing Admiral Byrd, Operation Highjump, the Piri Reis Map, Blood Falls, unusual satellite imagery, hidden structures, advanced technology, secret military activity and the enduring mystery of what may lie beyond the Ive Wall. We’ll also examine many of the lesser-known stories that rarely receive the attention they deserve, despite raising some fascinating questions. As always, we’ll be reading your comments throughout the evening and taking the conversation wherever it leads.
