From Michelle: 'Feeling out of control originates from a controlling spirit. It’s important to identify this because otherwise we easily slip into a victim mindset. When we can understand and live from the place of our self-control and fully accept what we can’t control, we have a lot more agency and freedom, and that 'out of control' feeling subsides readily. At the same time, when we commit and live from a daily practice of self-control, we profoundly benefit and impact those around us.'
