Epic's new store released to compete with Steam and other online digital stores. I believe the way they're attacking PC gaming is the wrong way to do things on an open platform. Things like this, if it continues, could ruin part of what makes PC gaming so great. GOG Galaxy is a great client with decent features that aims to be an OPTION to the already existing stores. So, whether you own a copy of a game on Steam or a DRM free copy on GOG, things like GOG Galaxy continue to be an option because you can buy many of those games from more than one place. The Steam store does have exclusive games. It has exclusive games because the store is about 80% of the PC market. Why wouldn't you as a developer put your games on Steam store? It just makes sense. Valve isn't trying to moneyhat developers into putting exclusive titles on Steam to keep them from going to Origin and Uplay. Thanks for watching!
