We finally get to the armor of God—one of the most quoted passages in Scripture. But there's something in here about the sword of the Spirit and praying in the Spirit that I don't hear preached very often. I'll just say it: I think Paul's talking about praying in tongues. If you disagree, maybe just write a little note in your Bible that says "maybe I should be praying in tongues?"
We also talk about why Paul didn't tell masters to release their slaves—and what that tells us about what the gospel is and isn't.
