This is a brief overview of the China Pavilion at Epcot's World Showcase. The pavilion's premiere attraction is Reflections of China; a Circle-Vision 360° film. The film was updated fourteen years ago and re-released in 2003 with updates such as adding segments focusing Hong Kong and Macau. Aside from the main attraction here, shopping is a big highlight in that House of Good Fortune is one of the largest stores in World Showcase featuring unique and authentic Chinese merchandise.
Additional features of the pavilion include two eateries; Lotus Blossom Cafe is the pavilion's quick service restaurant and the Nine Dragons Restaurant is the pavilion's main table service restaurant. Another popular place to grab a bite is the Joy of Tea stand which sells an array of beverages such as tea smoothies and specialty cocktails. Outside the Temple of Heaven guests can also enjoy the Jeweled Dragon Acrobats which showcases some fantastic artistry mixed with acrobatics. The China Pavilion is one of those countries that is often overlooked by guests, but this quiet corner of World Showcase is serene and offers some beautiful architecture and gardens.
