The Enduro World Series revolutionised enduro racing, just as SHIMANO EP8 has revolutionised e-MTB. Now the two have come together to continue to drive the evolution of the sport.

Back in 2013, Finale Ligure hosted the first EWS, with the incredible trail network offering a perfect playground for the tough, technical downhill stages. Fast forward seven years and the same mountain bike mecca made history again with the first ever EWS-e race, as world-class enduro racing went electric. It was - as EWS Managing Director, Chris Ball, says - “a whole new chapter in the evolution of the sport.”
