confirmed by teenage engineering when i raised a support ticket this week on it.
the bug ''appears' on sample pads that are set to LOOP (rather than one shot, keys or legato)
when the sequencer is playing .
when the sequencer is in STOP you can select scene with no issue
it's just when playing.
