Kartoffel is a wild betta species called Mahachai betta. Cat grass stopped growing so I tried strawberries. I was pleasantly surprised how well they did. Strawberry plants are very hardy it seems. I never knew fresh strawberry right off the plant would smell so good.

(*The most important part is the salinity and temperature. At room temperature and above, it’ll work fine. Higher the temps, the faster they’ll hatch. They’ll continue to hatch upto 48 hours. If it’s winter, try this method: youtu.be/dU5izzyxqeA?t=168 )
(*For salinity, I’m going by the 1 table spoon per liter rule. However, depending on the size of the table spoon, you might want to try 1 table spoon, or 1 1/4 table spoon…and so on. You might want to experiment and see how much salt yields the best result. The brine shrimp will live for 3~4 days max. You can just siphon out only the amount you want during each feeding.)
