On Throwback Thursdays, I will share with you stories and lessons learned from my past, prior to developing my emotional intelligence.

Today I will share with you an experience from when I was 19, as I was starting my first business, and how my intent to gain flattery turned out to bite me in the ass. My lack of emotional intelligence was blatantly showcased in my reaction.
