In Leeza’s case, it was when she was hosting the television show “Extra” and her mother was diagnosed with Alzhiemer’s disease. And for Wendy Levine, it was when she was Director of Litigation spearheading the international Holocaust Services Justice Network at Bet Tzedek where they provide free legal services for Holocaust survivors and her sister was diagnosed with a rare form of ALS.
