Because of its forested, riverside and agriculturally adjacent location in Otterburne, Providence is uniquely positioned to offer a mix of hands-on field methods and laboratory-based Environmental Science courses, which prepared Alex for the work she does now as a Watershed Technician. Currently, one of her main roles is to work alongside farmers to implement more environmentally friendly practices to ensure clean water for all.
