We run npx workos install, authenticate once via device auth, and end up with a fully working Next.js app — with environment variables, redirect URIs, CORS, and homepage URLs configured automatically.

You’ll also see how the CLI uses AI “skills,” where the compute actually runs, how credentials are handled safely, and how you can inspect or extend the system yourself.
