A quick settlement tour for oberland station, this is one of my settlements that I built in under 30 minutes before I subjugated them, always take all resources, weapons etc out of the workshop before you 'Enslave' them otherwise you can't get them.
It's also a good idea to build extra beds and a cooking station for use on survival mode, even a subjugated settlement is good for a rest stop in the wasteland.
