Today, me, the English foreigner and my Filipina friend try the famous Filipino street food desserts which can be found at the local Filipino market. I have to say, some of them were the best desserts that I have ever tried and now I want to move to the Philippines and live in the province so I could eat them all the time! 🇵🇭🇬🇧
We tried a huge selection of street food desserts from the Philippines, especially popular in the Visayas Islands region. They are mostly made from rice, sweet potatoes, coconut and bananas and include: Kutsinta, Suman, Budbud, Maja Blanca, Banana Que, Turon, Ibos, Palitaw, Puto, Puto Lanson with Cassava, Bingka, Baye baye and more! I have never tried such amazing desserts in England which is why I wish I could live in the Philippines forever. They are also very cheap, some cost 5 PHP peso each.
