Ministries of Education throughout Latin America are seeking ways to reach primary and secondary students with effective English language and work readiness skills during COVID-19 and beyond, even when students have little or no internet access. EDC’s English for Latin America (ELA) Project is responding to this demand through the innovative use of interactive audio instruction via radio for only $1 per student per year.
