In 2016, Shanth began interning with Boeing as an undergraduate at Drexel University. He experienced NASA's Space Launch System, the CH-47 Chinook, and various work across Boeing Commercial Airplanes.
After graduating, he joined Boeing full-time in a rotational program offering early-career professionals exposure to the many opportunities available within the company.
“There's very few companies that would allow you to test out different things, see what you like in terms of engineering, the product, the team, and location,” he says.
