"LaRCS" stands for "Live and Record Combined Stereo", which means that on the left side you can hear a live performance, while on the right side the video clip/studio version.
This is the LaRCS MultiVideo version of "The Last Waltz" from Engelbert Humperdinck. On the right side you can find two promo clips for the song, while on the top left corner a live version from 1997 (tempo adjusted).
